What is wonderful about working out in water? It is the only form of exercise where you can perform cardiovascular exercises, resistance training, toning and stretching with absolutely no impact to the joints.

Elite athletes have found that Aquatic based plyometrics, intervals, quickness, core and agility exercises have shown to enhance their athletic performance. In a recent study performed by the Ohio State University of Columbus, Ohio, experts found that Aquatic plyometrics provided the same performance enhancement benefits as land plyometrics with significantly less muscle soreness.
