You can get rid of Cellulite
|This week as I was getting some blueberries to make the breakfast recipe video I just posted for you, I noticed on the cover of two of the magazines at the checkout stand that celebrities like Britney Spears, Kim Kardashian and others were complaining that they had lost weight and still had cellulite. The articles went on to say that there was nothing they could do.
It seems that most people believe that there is nothing they can do about cellulite and I want to tell you that they are TOTALLY wrong.
Cellulite is not (in most cases) something you need to live with. People who have cellulite are often more embarrassed than folks who are simply overweight and even thin people can have it. Additionally, Cellulite is a symptom that indicates that there are other things that you need to pay attention to.
Cellulite is a different problem than simple fat because it is an area of the body that lacks oxygen. Without a very specific workout plan you will not be able to target those areas because they get less blood flow and so they are much harder to eliminate, but you can get rid of cellulite if you know how.
So to Britney and Kim and all you others who suffer with cellulite, come to see me, I guarantee that most you will be able to get rid of it.
Most of my workouts feature specific movements to target cellulite or prevent it from building up. I will be posting some basic moves over the next few months to help you start the road to a cellulite free body.
Remember: Don’t settle for less.
One or two pieces of Kelp , about a tablespoon or two of wakame, dulse, & arame.
Soak overnight and rinse a few times or at least once in the morning- a few kinds of nuts: brazil (one) , few pine nuts, walnuts, almonds- discard the water
Add rinsed nuts to seaweed and it’s water , then add:
Blend all together until seaweed and nuts are cut up small

Get a jump start on your weight loss by doing a six day slim down diet and loose up to 8 pounds.
For six days have five meals a day and eat only white protein (egg whites, turkey, pork, chicken and fish), greens (Broccoli, Asparagus, String beans, Lettuce, Kale, Spinach, Collard Greens) and fruits (apples and pears).
Drink eight, 8 ounce, glasses of water a day, two cups of ginger tea and have lemon shots in the morning.

To lose weight especially on the mid section. We accumulate a lot of acids in the body from foods that we eat and drink. The acid creates a layer around the fat cells, keeping the cells from shrinking and therefore making the waist line larger. To get the acid out of your body, drink one squeezed lemon with water in the morning. On the second day, two lemons. Third day, three lemons. Fourth day, four lemons. Also, you can squeeze one lemon into your bottle of water and drink throughout the day.
The lemon is acidic, but once inside the body it alkalizes and clears the acid layer, making you lose weight and get a smaller waist line.
Our body gets a lot of little infections inside of it in the organs, muscles and tissues. Those infections won’t let you lose weight. Ginger is a natural antibiotic that can take those infections away.
